Hailing from Tulsa, Oklahoma, this 90s band of brothers have sold over 16 million records. You may have seen a photo of them recently on a meme t-shirt with the word “Nirvana” underneath.
Formed in Brisbane in 1993 by core members Quan Yeamans and Ben Ely, their name was an appropriate moniker to describe their mashup of rock, punk, and electro sounds.
This band’s name might make you think they’re no good but this outfit led by Shirley Manson’s distinctive deep voice blazed their way to consistent critical acclaim and seven Grammy nominations.
This holy British girl group known for the hit “Never Ever” share their name with an Australian drama series.
This punk trio was formed in California in 1992. The number in their name was added later due to potential legal action. Fans speculate that it represents the number of times Al Pacino says the F word in the film Scarface.
